The weight distribution is designed with 40% front and 60% rear.
The chassis is made of 30mm aisi4130 alloy steel pipes
4130 alloy steel has good strength and hardness, which can withstand the various forces and vibrations of the kart during high-speed operation.
It can withstand the lateral forces applied by the driver during cornering, as well as the torque and impact forces transmitted by the wheels and suspension system.
It is relatively lightweight compared to other steels.
